I am seeking the vice-presidency of the National Convention. Here's why...
I have been an active volunteer in the Conservative Party for 18 years with over 230 visits, working with the affiliate groups and CPF, as well as leading campaign teams to support our candidates. I have met a lot of you already as we fight to take our voters back. We need to work together to rebuild from the grassroots and win!
My Priorities:
- Support Regions and Associations: I will not stand as a candidate, allowing me to fully support your campaigns and fundraisers without conflict. I’ll attend area meetings, engage with associations and members across the country to ensure campaign messaging reflects local needs. I will continue to visit the regions as I’ve done already.
- Empower Members & Grow Membership and Campaigning: I will use my experience with CPF, CWO and Party affiliates, having built a network of activist to win elections, i will help you grow your membership, talent spot for senior roles and help to convert members into activists to lead canvassing.
- Strengthen Party Relationship: I will strengthen MP-member ties, by strengthening the contracts between MPs and members. Improve and enable team building and fundraising, address problem solving more efficiently and make sure grassroots policy ideas reach the main stage at conference.
- Learn from Defeat, Prepare for Victory: Building on Julian’s record, help on better relationship with the professional and voluntary party, strengthening members involvement in candidate selection, in policy and strengthening campaign teams, to help secure wins in the 2026 and beyond.
- Ensure Accountability & Delivery: I will hold Party Board to account and ensure members voices are heard. Hold leadership to clear targets, KPIs, and milestones across all wings of the party and affiliates.
I will be an active vice president on the ground and am seeking your support to serve you as your Vice President of the National Convention, to Deliver Change!
My skills are technical, and project driven, but also social with a long track record of teamwork, community engagement and building more networks in the party.
